Step 2:
Inventory Check/Sourcing

With a substantial inventory of aggregate pallets on hand, we’ll promptly check our stock and confirm availability for your order.

For unique color or size requirements, or in the case of large orders that exceed our current stock, we will coordinate to source the materials you need. We’ll also provide an estimated lead time, ensuring that any special requests or high-volume needs are met with efficiency and precision.

Step 3:
Pricing & Approval

Once the required aggregates are selected, we’ll provide a detailed quote detailing the material costs and freight for delivery to your specified location.

Upon reviewing the quote, contractors must approve the order so we can proceed.

Step 4:
Payment & Order Fulfillment

Prior to sourcing and fulfillment, we ask the customer to pay the deposit in full.

Concord Terrazzo Company has a healthy stock of TERRAZZCO aggregates, pre-packaged and palletized for quick fulfillment. For larger orders, additional sourcing may be required, which could extend lead times.

Throughout this process, our team will provide regular updates on production progress and delivery timelines to ensure seamless communication and transparency.
