Step 1:
Design Submission

Start by contacting our team to discuss your terrazzo logo requirements. Attaching an image of your logo design will help us review the design details more accurately.

For the best results, we recommend submitting high-resolution vector files or AutoCAD files (.DWG), as these formats provide the precision necessary for our waterjet cutting process. Please ensure that the artwork is provided at the exact size you need for cutting.

Design Consultation

Step 2:
Design Consultation

The prefabricated terrazzo logos are crafted in-house.  Our team will first assess the design to confirm feasibility and ensure it meets our quality standards. Once your design is reviewed, we’ll discuss specific details like logo dimensions, color selections, and any customization options you may have in mind, including aggregate choices or specialty finishes.

Our fabrication process includes precisely cutting your design with advanced waterjet technology and fully assembling the logo, completing the entire terrazzo installation process off-site.

Project Estimation

Step 3:
Pricing & Proposal

After finalizing the design details, we’ll provide a detailed quote based on the logo’s dimensions, materials, and complexity. The pricing covers waterjet cutting, material costs, and assembly labor.

At this stage, our representatives will also offer an estimated timeframe for completing your prefabricated logo, so you have a clear timeline for project planning.

Terrazzo Samples

Step 4:
Sample & Project Approval

We will create a 6″x6″ terrazzo sample featuring your selected aggregates and colors for your review. This sample provides a tangible preview of the final look, ensuring the color and texture align with your expectations before full production begins.

To proceed with fabricating the prefabricated logo, we require approval of both the proposal and the sample design. Once these are signed by the client, our team will begin the work to bring your custom logo to life.

Step 5:
Payment and Production

For production to begin, we ask the order be paid in full.

We’ll begin crafting the logo. First, our team will procure all necessary materials, including selected aggregates and epoxy colors, to ensure every component aligns with your design specifications.

Once materials are prepared, we use advanced waterjet cutting technology to precisely cut each element of the logo, capturing intricate details and maintaining exact dimensions.

Step 6:
Logo Assembly

Once the individual components of your terrazzo logo are cut, we transition to the assembly phase. The first step is to prepare a sturdy base that will effectively support the logo. Next, we’ll establish the layout of the logo design.

After the layout has been put together, a skill craftsman will begin pouring the terrazzo. This involves troweling the terrazzo to the desired thickness, allowing it to cure, then finishing the logo with grinding, polishing and sealing.

Step 7:
Packaging & Delivery

Upon completion, the prefabricated logo is packaged and securely stored in our warehouse for up to 30 days. (Storage fee is applied for products stored after 30 days.)

Concord Terrazzo Company can assist with arranging freight, or you may choose to coordinate your own freight. We are happy to work with your transportation provider to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.
