Epoxy Terrazzo
Consultation

Step 1:
Project Discussion

Contractors interested in placing an order for TERRAZZCO Brand epoxy resins are encouraged to contact a Concord Terrazzo Company representative to initiate the process. During this initial discussion, our representative will gather essential project details, addressing the scope of work and specific requirements for the epoxy terrazzo floor. Key details include total resin quantities and the expected start date of the project.

Our team will also review epoxy color selections, and ensure that every aspect of the project is addressed before moving forward with the order.

Project Estimation

Step 2:
Quote & Approval

Next, contractors must calculate how much material they need for the order, and a Concord Terrazzo representative will provide a detailed quote, outlining the quantities and costs for Part A resin, Part B hardener, and any additional aggregates or materials required for the epoxy terrazzo project.

Contractors must then review, approve, and sign off to initiate production of the epoxy resin order.

Step 3:
Epoxy Production & Payment

For production to begin, we ask the order be paid in full.

We’ll begin production of TERRAZZCO epoxy resins. For TERRAZZCO EZPour Epoxy 158, we’ll ensure color accuracy and consistency. Other epxoy resin products we’ll manufacture include Flexible Membrane 528, Leveling Fill Epoxy 162, Moisture Vapor Shield 601, Bonding Agent 159, Acoustic Membrane 970 and Joint-Filler 1200.

Prior to packaging, our dedicated quality assurance team conducts thorough inspections of each batch. Our goal is to guarantee that every batch produced is uniform and of the highest quality, providing you with reliable materials for your terrazzo flooring project.
