Step 1:
Initial Inquiry
Contact us to outline the specific blend of aggregates you need for your project. We can blend any custom mix of colors and sizes, packaged into 45-pound bags.
We’ll go over the aggregate blending process with you, and discuss details about your project including project timelines and total quantities needed.
Step 2:
Inventory & Blend Creation
With a wide range of aggregates in-house, we’ll help you select the materials for your blend. If specific colors or types is required, we will source the aggregates if necessary.
We will review your project specifications, and review the formula. We’ll take into account the ratios, colors and aggregates sizes, and confirm the formula before beginning production. For any online TERRAZZCO samples, all aggregates come premixed and ready to sell.
Step 3:
Pricing & Approval
Once the aggregates are selected, we’ll provide a detailed quote detailing the material costs, the price of the aggregate blending service, and freight for delivery to your specified location.
Upon reviewing the quote, contractors must approve the order so we can proceed.
Step 4:
Payment & Order Fulfillment
Prior to production, we ask the customer to pay the deposit in full.
Concord Terrazzo Company initiates production with precision blending techniques, ensuring consistency across all batches of premixed aggregates. Our team carefully monitors each blend, conducting thorough quality checks to confirm that the mix meets exact specifications and maintains uniformity.
Aggregates are packaged into 45-pound bags and palletized for transport. This is convenient for mixing for epoxy terrazzo projects.
Step 5:
Delivery Coordination
Once your order is ready, it will be staged for pickup at our warehouse for up to 30 days. (Storage fee is applied for products stored after 30 days.)
Concord Terrazzo Company can assist with arranging freight, or you may choose to coordinate your own freight. We are happy to work with your transportation provider to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.
