Application & Cost of Venetian Terrazzo
Venetian terrazzo systems typically add more thickness to the topping to accommodate larger aggregates. However, it’s possible to do a poured terrazzo floor with a minimum thickness of 5/8″ – 3/4. Higher costs are associated with Venetian terrazzo floors.
Sample Details & Ordering
Terrazzo samples are made in 6″x6″ size format and 3/8″ thick, the standard thickness for poured-in-place epoxy terrazzo systems. Samples are free to the architectural and design community. Can I use Venetian Terrazzo for a 3/8 inch Epoxy Terrazzo Floor?
Please have a conversation with a representative from Concord Terrazzo Company to explore the feasibility of incorporating Venetian Terrazzo into your project.
Normally, epoxy terrazzo is poured at a thickness of 3/8″ and it is advised to use standard aggregates of size 0, 1, and 2. If your floor plan requires a 3/8″ thickness, it is likely that a discussion is needed regarding the possibility of adjusting the aggregate size in the mix design. Venetian terrazzo will increase the thickness of a poured-in-place system.
How many terrazzo samples can I request?
We would be delighted to accommodate your sample requests based on your project needs. Due to the high demand and time required to produce samples, we recommend limiting the number of samples requested to 3 designs. If you require more samples for your project, please discuss your project needs with a representative.

Yes. Precast terrazzo is capable of accommodating the larger thickness required for Venetian terrazzo aggregates.
