Design Aesthetics

Terrazzo flooring can add to the aesthetic appeal of any food and beverage establishment.

From earth-tone colors to bright and vibrant floors designs, terrazzo is a great way to add an individual and customized flare to the flooring finish in which all patrons will walk over the floor while visiting.

Custom designed logos can be incorporated into the terrazzo floor’s surface to establish brand recognition. Terrazzo is also a versatile building material that can also be used for table tops, bar surfaces, and countertops throughout the establishment. This uniformity in finishes creates a seamless flow from surface to surface.

Restaurant Terrazzo

Terrazzo Durability

Not only is terrazzo a great floor option for its visual appeal, but it is also incredibly durable and stain-resistant.

Floors and hard surfaces installed with TERRAZZCO Brand Products provide resiliency that is perfect in standing up to all the typical issues like stains and spills associated with food and beverage establishments.

When selecting a flooring surface for a restaurant or pub, epoxy terrazzo is a great finish. Epoxy terrazzo has the lowest life-cycle cost of any flooring system in the construction market. Terrazzo is designed to last for decades with little to no repairs or replacement.

Clean and Sanitary Surfaces

A top priority in the restaurant business is cleanliness. At times when staff members are busy focusing on catering to the customer, epoxy terrazzo is fairly easy to maintain.

With a mop and bucket of warm water, employees can easily clean up spills and wipe away food stains over a terrazzo floor. Cleaning a terrazzo floor can be done before or after business hours to prepare a sanitary environment for guests.

Slip Resistant Surfaces

Spills, greasy surfaces, and uneven floors may lead to slips and fall in a restaurant setting.  Falls can be prevented with poured-in-place epoxy terrazzo flooring.

Using self-leveling epoxy, terrazzo floors are even throughout the establishment making it easy to move in and out of a restaurant.

In addition to a seamless and even flooring surface, epoxy terrazzo meets ADA recommendations for slip resistance flooring in dry and wet conditions. Antislip floors offer safety for restaurant employees and customers.
