TERRAZZCO® Groutless EZPour Epoxy 158 is a pigmented, 100% solid (VOC free), two-component epoxy resin system. When combined with aggregates and poured in place to 1/4” or 3/8” nominal thickness, it yields a highly decorative and durable terrazzo flooring system.

3/8″ Epoxy Terrazzo: Approximately 45-50 square feet per mixed unit
Premix TERRAZZCO® Groutless® EZPour Epoxy 158 resin Part A before using. Mix one (1) unit of Groutless® EZPour Epoxy 158 hardener Part B with five (5) units of Groutless® EZPour Epoxy 158 resin Part A with a slow speed drill until liquids are completely blended. TERRAZZCO® Groutless® EZPour Epoxy 158 matrix has been formulated to cure with fewer pinholes reducing the amount of labor required in the grouting phase of any terrazzo project. This factor leads to lower labor costs and lessens the time needed to finish a terrazzo floor installation. In addition to dramatically fewer pinholes during the installation process, the terrazzo is also less likely to develop new pin holes commonly caused by regular floor maintenance during the life span of the floor.

TERRAZZCO® Groutless® EZPour Epoxy 158 resin part A is packaged in 5 or 55 unit containers. TERRAZZCO® Groutless® EZPour 158 hardener part B is packaged in 1 or 5 unit containers.
Self Life: Epoxy resin system has a 1-year shelf life from the date of manufacture.
Storage Conditions: It is suggested that materials are stored in a temperature and humidity-controlled environment. If this is not possible materials should be allowed to acclimate to controlled environmental conditions of application. Keep resins and hardeners separated from each other until ready for use. Materials should be kept away from sources of ignition. Materials should be stored in their original unopened container.
