The unique combination of hardness and flexibility allows TERRAZZCO® Flexa-Flex Joint Filler 1200 to absorb the impact and shock of heavy loads while sealing joints encountered in terrazzo flooring.

1. Pre-mix TERRAZZCO® Flexa-Flex Joint Filler resin part A using appropriate mixing equipment for two to three minutes.
2. Add pre-weighed TERRAZZCO® Flexa-Flex Joint Filler 1200 hardener part B to TERRAZZCO® Flexa-Flex Joint Filler 1200 resin part A and mix for two to three minutes. The resin and hardener are pre-weighed and packaged so that the entire contents of the hardener part B are poured into the entire contents of the resin part A and mixed.
3. TERRAZZCO® Flexa-Flex Joint Filler 1200 may be poured in the joint so that it is flush with the floor. For complete installation instructions, contact Concord Terrazzo Company.

TERRAZZCO® Flexa-Flex joint filler 1200 resin part A and hardener part B are packaged in pre-weighed amounts so that mixing at the job site is easy to handle. Just add hardener part B to resin part A and mix for two to three minutes. Minimum order quantity is two-gallon units.
Self Life: Epoxy resin system has a 1-year shelf life from the date of manufacture.
Storage Conditions: It is suggested that materials are stored in a temperature and humidity-controlled environment. If this is not possible materials should be allowed to acclimate to controlled environmental conditions of application. Keep resins and hardeners separated from each other until ready for use. Materials should be kept away from sources of ignition. Materials should be stored in their original unopened container.
